Relocation Granted After Trial

Lauren went to trial and successfully argued for a relocation of a minor child. The mother requested the move out of state with her son to be closer to her family and to improve their economic situation. After a day of testimony, the court agreed that the relocation was in the best interest of the child and granted the request.
